Booking and ticketing

When you make any bookings for classes, courses or events, purchase any tickets, merchandise, membership or gift vouchers in person or online, we will collect your name, address, email and contact number as appropriate to supply you with the specific items. This information will be stored in our back office system. We do not share your personal details with any other organisation without your consent.

Disclosure

We will keep your information within West Devon Swords except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies, including for child protection reasons) or as described elsewhere in this policy.
