The weather gods were kind to another, very well attended, Bluebell Sunday at Okehampton Castle on 19th May.
West Devon Swords turned out to run a series of talks and demonstrations, our famous 900 Years of Swords in ten minutes or less, this year supplemented with some live sparring. …

We rounded of this half-term in Okehampton with a block of Saviolo side sword; and promptly attended the English Sidesword Open in Oxford for the classes in Docciolini, Marozzo, Verdada destreza, Sidesword and targa and more. …

We didn’t set up a booking system this time, so if you can indicate on our Facebook page if you’re planning to attend that will give us an idea of numbers and we will flex the running order if it looks like we’re going to be short of kit.
