The weather gods were kind to another, very well attended, Bluebell Sunday at Okehampton Castle on 19th May.
West Devon Swords turned out to run a series of talks and demonstrations, our famous 900 Years of Swords in ten minutes or less, this year supplemented with some live sparring.
Longsword, sword and buckler, and some mixed weapon sparring thrilled the audience in the historical setting of the castle’s Medieval splendour. We even picked up a couple of prospective new members along the way.
